Ingredients:
● 230g Bad Hunter Teriyaki plant-based chicken Strips (available in the frozen section of Woolworths)
● 200g Hokkien noodles
● 1 red capsicum, sliced
● 1 cup shredded red cabbage
● 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
● 2 tablespoons sesame oil
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 tablespoon grated ginger
● 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Method:
Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over and let sit until cooked through. Drain, rinse and set aside until needed.
In a large frying pan, heat oil to medium heat and add Bad Hunter Teriyaki Strips and cook until golden and cooked through. Put in a bowl and set aside until needed.
In the same frying pan, add sliced red capsicum, shredded red cabbage and chopped broccolini. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add hokkien noodles and teriyaki strips to the pan and pour teriyaki sauce over the mixture. Stir well to coat and combine evenly.
Divide between bowls and serve.
