Ingredients:
● 230g Bad Hunter Teriyaki plant-based chicken Strips (available in the frozen section of Woolworths)
● 2 cups cooked sushi rice
● 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
● 1 avocado, sliced
● 1 cup shredded red cabbage
● 4-6 radishes, thinly sliced
● 1 cup cooked edamame beans
● 1 cup shredded carrot
● Sesame seeds, to garnish
Method:
In a large frying pan, heat oil to medium heat and add Bad Hunter Teriyaki Strips and cook until golden and cooked through. Put aside until needed.
Slice cucumber, radishes and avocado. Shred red cabbage and carrot and rinse edamame beans then put side until needed.
Divide the cooked sushi rice between bowls, top with vegetables and Bad Hunter Teriyaki Strips.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to garnish before serving.
